1. Definitions
"MSMatrimony": Refers to the matchmaking platform operated under msmatrimony.com.
"Member/User/Registrant": Any individual who registers, accesses, or uses MSMatrimony services.
"Agreement": This legally binding contract between MSMatrimony and the Member.
"Services": All features, consultations, and offerings provided by MSMatrimony.
2. Acceptance of Agreement
Registration or use of MSMatrimony constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
MSMatrimony reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of modifications.
This Agreement is published in compliance with Section 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
3. Eligibility
Legal marriageable age in India: 18 years (female), 21 years (male).
International users must comply with their local marriage laws and Indian laws when marrying someone of Indian origin.
Platform use is strictly for matrimonial purposes, not casual dating.
MSMatrimony may terminate memberships found ineligible or misrepresenting information, without refund.
4. Account Security
Members are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
MSMatrimony will never request passwords; sharing credentials is prohibited.
Members must report unauthorized access immediately.
5. Term & Termination
Agreement remains valid while services are used.
MSMatrimony may terminate membership for violations, misuse, or inappropriate activity.
No refunds for terminated accounts due to breach.
Members may cancel at any time; unused fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If MSMatrimony ceases operations, 50% of unused membership fees will be refunded.

Commercial use, promotion, or linking to external sites is prohibited.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Members must obtain consent before posting copyrighted material.
Copyright infringement claims must include:
- Authorized signature
- Description of work
- Location of infringing material
- Contact details
- Statement of unauthorized use
- Declaration under penalty of perjury
10. Member Disputes
Members are solely responsible for communications and interactions.
MSMatrimony is not liable for disputes, transactions, or exchanges.
MSMatrimony is not a broker or agent.
11. Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
MSMatrimony disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
MSMatrimony is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
Registration does not guarantee marriage or alliance.
MSMatrimony is not responsible for device damage resulting from app use.
12. Safety Guidelines
Exercise caution when interacting with profiles.
Do not share sensitive information or click unknown links.
Phone numbers remain private unless voluntarily shared.
Follow social norms and safety practices.
