MSMatrimony offers various subscription plans including Free, Premium, and Elite memberships. Each plan comes with its own set of features and duration.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• Access to premium features will end when the subscription expires

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis:

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no premium features were used
• Partial refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service access
• No refunds for subscriptions after 7 days or if premium features were utilized

4. How to Request a Refund

• Transaction ID or receipt
• Reason for refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
