No one can reach you until you have both expressed interest. Messaging is part of a paid plan, so families talk only once both sides have agreed to it.
We are small on purpose
The large matrimony sites count their members in lakhs. We do not, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Every profile here has been read by a person before it was allowed to appear, which is slower and is the point: families joining now are joining a service where nobody is shown to anyone until we have looked at them.

What registering involves
Five steps, and we are direct about the one that costs money. Set aside an unhurried sitting: the profile has to be complete enough to be reviewed before it will save.
Create your account
An email address and a password, or your Google account. You can add and verify a mobile number as well.
Fill in your profile
Name, date of birth, gender, caste, mother tongue, city and state, height, education and profession. The profile will not save until those are in — a half-empty profile cannot be reviewed, and it would never be shown to anyone.
Say what you are looking for
Age, height, marital status and background preferences. These are required before your profile can go live, because they are what your matches are drawn from.
A person reviews it
We read the profile and approve it. Until that happens it does not appear in search results or recommendations.
Interest first, then contact
You express interest and they accept, or the other way round. Contact opens only after that, and sending messages is part of a paid plan.

MSMatrimony was founded by Madhavi Sharma, a Vedic astrologer of the Telugu community.
The service is run by a small team that reads every profile before it is shown. If something on the site concerns you, our contact page reaches a person, and our safety guidance explains how to report a profile and what happens next.
Questions families ask
- Is MSMatrimony only for Brahmin families?
- No. MSMatrimony is a Telugu matrimony service open to every caste and community. Brahmin, Reddy, Kamma, Kapu, Arya Vysya, Goud and other families all register, and you set your own community preference for the matches you are shown.
- What does registration cost?
- Registering, building your profile, being matched and expressing interest are free. Sending and reading messages is part of a paid membership, and the membership plans page lists what each plan includes.
- How long before my profile appears?
- Your profile appears once a member of our team has read and approved it. Until then it is not shown in search results or recommendations to anyone.
- Who can see my photographs?
- Photos are shown to signed-in members rather than to the open internet, and you control how widely they are shared from your privacy settings.
- We live abroad. Can we still register?
- Yes. Telugu families outside India register regularly, often with a parent managing the profile on behalf of a son or daughter settled overseas.
